Often hailed the miracle tea, green tea has a rich history. Just like black tea, green tea is created using the Camellia sinensis plant (aka. that tea plant!). Where green tea differs is in the processing stage; the leaves undergo less (or even none) oxidization allowing them to maintain the green colour of the fresh plant. This also gives green tea it's unique earthy flavour we love so much while maintaining its high level of antioxidants.

We have currently have two green tea blends. Our Jasmine blend giving you floral notes of sweet Jasmine green tea with a refreshing citrus hit from Lemon Myrtle, Lemongrass and Lemon. Jac on the other hand is a punch Ginger based blend making it a perfect early moring brew to start off your day.
